Below is another digipak analysis. I found it very interesting as the whole digipak was abstract which creates a sense of mystery and ambiguity.

Below is another Digipak analysis for the band Mental Disciplines song "Fallen Stars'. The digipak has a very space look linking to the name of the song. This relates to Andrew Goodwin's theory of linking Lyrics to visuals. 

Showcase feedback

Below is a video of the audience feedback that we got from the showcase. Overall we were very happy with the feedback that we were given as many said they liked our music video and understood the narrative. It was also interesting to hear audience members opinions and the improvements that they would have made on it as it will all be helpful for the evaluation. It also gave us a lot to think about if we were ever to make a new music video.

We have decided to do our digipak as a group as we feel we work well together and will be able to produce a much better quality digipak if we work together than if we work separately.
We have decided to call our album 'Shadows' as we feel that it reflects the concept of our song 'Empty Gold'
The photo below is the image that we have decided to use for our album cover as we feel that it shows her confused state. We also like this shot as you can see the shadow of Tayla which links to our album name 'shadows'.

Audience feedback on music video

Below is a video of some audience feedback on our music video. Overall we are happy with the feedback we have gotten and have found it very useful as we will be able to use the feedback- positive or negative- when we come to do our evaluations.

Below is the feedback we got from the year 12's. It was very helpful to see what they thought of the music video and see if they thought there was anything to improve on.

Music video- first draft

Below is the first draft of our music video 'Empty Gold.' We still have to change a few of the shots and add in the end shot but hopefully this shouldn't take long.

Editing- Flipped shot

My group and I decided to flip some shots of Tayla to further the sense of Taylas confusion that we are trying to create in our music video. We used the 'flip video' tool on iMovie to create this effect.
